We are excited to introduce a refined reporting tool designed to streamline the monitoring and analysis of submitted content to all activations you run on Lurkit, including a dedicated segment for the Creator Program.

The tool is focused on providing clear and actionable insights via a mix of quick overview, drilldown capabilities and filtering options.

Accessing the tool & the basics of Results & Reporting

  • Navigate to "Results & Reporting" in the left panel.
  • Data displayed is based on content that is submitted to activations on Lurkit
    • Overview: an overview of submitted content to all of your activations on Lurkit
    • Creator Program: an overview of submitted content to activations by your Creator Program members
    • Quests: an overview of submitted content to your Quests on Lurkit
    • Missions: an overview of submitted content to your Missions on Lurkit
    • Keys: an overview of submitted content to your Key campaigns on Lurkit
  • You can choose between what activation type you want to filter on, or look at all of them at once

Global Filters

Tailor your results with the capability to apply several filters concurrently:

  • Date Ranges: Select from predefined and custom ranges
  • Custom date range picker will be added in an upcoming update
  • Creator and Content filters: Activations, Games, and More: Filters include specific activations, games, demographics, and more, with sorting options found in the tables

Detailed Tables for In-depth Analysis

Gain deeper insights into performance with detailed tables:

  • Games overview:
    View the aggregated performance of your games on Lurkit. Games linked during activation setup appear in the Games tab 

    • To link your Creator Program to games, navigate to Creator Program Setup via Creator Program in the left panel and then Edit
    • Games table is currently not using data from Quests on Lurkit
    • Keep in mind that the metrics are affected by filters
    • Metrics for Games include:
      • Enrolled: tracks the number of new enrollments in the current period, indicating how many participants have joined the game-related activations

      • Completions: measures the total number of completed activations within the game by participants, reflecting the engagement and completion rates

      • Clicks: counts the total number of new clicks to links distributed as part of the game’s activations, assessing the engagement level and interest generated by the content

      • Views Gained: represents the total number of views accumulated by videos submitted to the game, indicating the content’s reach and audience interest

      • Stream Hours Watched: totals the hours that viewers have spent watching streams related to the game, providing insights into viewer engagement and content popularity

      • Hours Streamed: aggregates the total hours that participants have broadcasted streams for the game, highlighting the extent of live content creation

      • Uploads: Qquantifies the number of videos uploaded by participants in relation to the game, offering a measure of content generation and participant activity

  • Activations Overview: view comprehensive details about each activation, including participation rates, content generated, and summarized content performance
    • Enrolled: tracks the total number of new participants who have joined the activation during the current period, measuring engagement and activity

    • Completions: measures the number of activations that participants have successfully completed, reflecting the effectiveness and engagement of the activation

    • Clicks: counts the total clicks on links distributed within the activation

    • Views Gained: represents the total views on all content generated during the activation, indicating the reach and impact of the activation's content

    • Stream Hours Watched: totals the hours viewers have spent watching streams generated by the activation, providing insights into media value and viewership

    • Hours Streamed: aggregates the total hours of streaming by participants during the activation, showcasing the extent of live interaction and content creation

    • Uploads: quantifies the number of video uploads made by participants during the activation, reflecting the level of content creation and participant involvement.

  • Creators Overview: view detailed profiles of each creator, including participation metrics, content contributions, and summarized engagement statistics. This overview provides insights into the individual performance of creators within various activations, highlighting their influence and activity across different platforms and content types.

    • Creator: identifies the creator who produced the content, offering insights into personal contributions within activations
    • Demographics: provides demographic information such as country of residence and language they create content in
    • Channels: lists the digital channels used by the creator, such as YouTube or Twitch
    • Platforms: specifies the platforms the creator owns and can participate in activations for
    • Games and Tags: shows the games involved and tags associated with the creator's content, aiding in content categorization and searchability
    • Avg. Concurrent Viewers: measures the average number of viewers watching a creator’s streams at any given time, assessing live audience engagement
    • Avg. Views Per Video: calculates the average number of views per video content posted by the creator, indicating video content appeal
    • Stream Hours Watched: totals the hours viewers have spent watching the creator's streams, providing insights into content engagement and popularity
    • Views Gained: represents the total number of views accumulated by all content from the creator, highlighting overall video content reach
    • Hours Streamed: aggregates the total hours the creator has broadcasted streams, reflecting the extent of live content production
    • Uploads: quantifies the number of videos the creator has uploaded, offering a measure of content generation activity
    • Status: displays the current status of the creator within the activation, such as active, pending, or inactive, providing updates on participation
  • Content Overview: comprehensive details about each piece of submitted content, including viewer statistics, engagement levels, and content longevity. This overview offers a thorough analysis of the impact and reach of content generated by creators, showcasing the effectiveness of different content forms in engaging the audience and sustaining viewer interest.
    • Title: the title of the content
    • Creator: the creator who produced the content
    • Views Gained: represents the total number of views accumulated by the content, indicating its reach and audience interest
    • Avg. Concurrent Viewers: measures the average number of viewers that watched the content live, assessing the viewership
    • Stream Hours Watched: totals the hours that viewers have spent watching the submitted content, providing insights into viewer engagement and content popularity
    • Duration: specifies the length of the content
    • Post Date: marks the date when the content was made public
    • Submitted to: lists the activations to which the content was submitted

Summary - an overview of your Creator Program funnel

A summary bar provides a quick overview of essential metrics across all activations for creators interacting with your Creator Program:

  • Applicants: Displays the count of members that has applied within the selected time period, as well as the comparison value based on the previous time period and the total based on all time
  • Accepted: Displays the count of members that has been accepted within the selected time period, as well as the comparison value based on the previous time period and the total based on all time
  • Creators making content: Displays the count of accepted members that has created content within the selected time period, as well as the comparison value based on the previous time period and the total based on all time
  • Content creations made: Displays the count of content items made by accepted members within the selected time period, as well as the comparison value based on the previous time period and the total based on all time

  • Bulk and item-specific actions: apply filters across the board or dive into specific details with ease, navigating directly from the reporting interface
  • Responsive interface: the interface updates dynamically as filters are applied, ensuring that the most relevant data is always displayed
