Creator Management - how it works

Creator management is a new and better way to manage creators for your activations on Lurkit

Overview of tabs - Keys

The Creator Management section is divided into three tabs, each catering to different stages of creator engagement:

  • Pending: View pending applications to your campaigns and activations. Here you can review the creators profile, and decide to accept or reject their applications.
    • We have merged the "Waitlist" into the pending view, you can filter to only view "Pending" or "Waitlist" using the filter in the Status column:
  • Active: This tab lists all the creators currently enrolled in your campaign, where you can filter by status
    • You can take actions to Send more codesInvite to activation as well as Add to creator list
  • Ended: An aggregated view of the creators that has created content as well as the applications you have rejected. This tab allows you to filter based on your use  reconsider previous decisions or maintain records of past interactions.

General actions you can perform

  • Accept or Reject Applications: Based on your review, you can accept or reject applications with just a click. Use filters to drill down on demographics, activations and more
  • Bulk actions: Take action at scale - you can accept or reject multiple creators to multiple activations all at once - greatly reducing time spent on managing your pipeline of creators.
    • You can also use bulk actions to add multiple creators to Creator lists as well as Inviting them to an activation
  • Segmentation of creators: Organize and filter creators using Creator lists to better manage different categories or segments - you can name them based on your own use cases.
  • Local filters on certain tabs: you are able to filter on various columns to further drill down

  • Global filters:
    • Drill down on demographics, creators, activations and much more
    • You can combine multiple filters as well as use the NOT-operator to exclude whatever you desire
    • An example would be to exclude a certain Creator list or demographics to quickly drill down

Local Access on Single Activations

For targeted management, each single activation also provides access to Creator Management functionalities. This allows you to handle specific details and requirements directly from the activation view, such as a Key campaign page or a Quest campaign page.

Best Practices for Creator Management

  • Regularly Update Creator Lists: Keep your creator segments up-to-date to reflect your targeted segments - this will greatly improve your experience and allow you to easily enroll large amounts of relevant creators to specific activations
  • Re-evaluate Waitlist Applications: Periodically review your waitlist applications to ensure that potential opportunities are not overlooked.

Creator Management - Creator program

Members' applications can be reviewed based on data, after which you can accept or reject the applications.

  • Navigate to Creator Program Creator Management
  • In creator management, you can handle members of your program and missions
  • For your Creator Program, you will see three tabs:
    • Applicants - pending applicants to your program
    • Accepted - members currently enrolled in your program
    • Rejected - rejected applications
