My key has already been used. How do I get a replacement?

Got a duplicate key? This can happen sometimes. Here is what to do.

First, it is important to ensure the key is being redeemed within the correct platform.

Campaigns can provide keys that only work in certain regions, so it is crucial to double-check all details before requesting a key.

It is also good to remember some games are free-to-play, and the key kits include codes that are meant to be redeemed in-game, for additional rewards.

But that is not my case, my code is shown as a duplicate!

 

If you need a replacement code, please make sure to contact our support team by using the Lurkbot icon at the bottom right of this page, or sending an email to support@lurkit.com with a screenshot of your key kit and the error you see while trying to redeem the code.

 

If the publisher is unable to provide a replacement before your submission window ends, our support team will assist you with a completion rate correction!
