Lurkit imports game information from IGDB, a public video-game database operated by Twitch. IGDB contains details such as game titles, descriptions and cover images. If your game is missing from Lurkit, follow the steps below. **1. Check whether your game is on IGDB** Visit [IGDB](https://www.igdb.com/) and search for your game. If it already has a listing, check that the information is correct. You can sign in with your Twitch account to suggest changes. Avoid creating a second listing for the same game. If your game already has an approved IGDB listing but is missing from Lurkit, see **My game is on IGDB but missing from Lurkit** below. **2. Add your game to IGDB** If your game does not have a listing: 1. Sign in to [IGDB](https://www.igdb.com/) with your Twitch account. 2. Open the navigation menu. 3. Under **Contribution**, select **Add a Game**. 4. Complete the game details and include supporting information, such as your official website, store page or gameplay footage. 5. Add your game’s cover image and submit the entry for review. Wait for review and import** IGDB reviews submissions before accepting them. Contributions are reviewed in order of priority score, then by age. Review times vary, and submissions made over weekends or holidays may take longer. You’ll receive a notification on IGDB when your contribution has been reviewed. **How IGDB prioritizes reviews** IGDB uses an internal priority system to decide which contributions to review first. The priority score is influenced by: - Who contributed to the submission, including Admins, Keepers, and verified developers and publishers. - An association with an event page within a 30-day window. - An association with a release date within a 30-day window. - Votes on the submission. - Cover or title updates for games already in the database. To help your submission receive a faster review, IGDB recommends encouraging your community to vote on it. IGDB says every contribution will be reviewed in due course, so please be patient while your submission is pending. **Developer and publisher verification** If you represent a game developer or publisher, you can [apply for account verification on IGDB](https://www.igdb.com/verification). Verification gives changes to your own games higher priority and marks your submissions as official. Before applying: - **Use a business email domain.** Applications using public email services such as Gmail or Hotmail are automatically rejected. - **Verify the email address on your Twitch account.** This must be completed before you apply. Once your listing is approved, Lurkit’s game data needs to update before the new information appears. Approval on IGDB and availability on Lurkit may not happen at the same time. **My game is on IGDB but missing from Lurkit** If your game has an approved IGDB listing but you still cannot find it on Lurkit, [contact Support](https://support.lurkit.com/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en). Please include: - Your game’s name. - A link to its IGDB page. - A link to its official website or store page. - Where you are trying to find or select the game on Lurkit. Updating game details or cover art Suggest corrections through your game’s existing IGDB page. Cover images must follow [IGDB’s cover guidelines](https://github.com/twitchtv/igdb-contribution-guidelines/wiki/Cover). Changes are subject to review and may take additional time to appear on Lurkit. Will my game also appear on Twitch? Twitch uses IGDB to populate eligible game categories, but an IGDB listing does not guarantee a Twitch category.
